I've recently redecorated the flat and now looking for a flat mate. I would love someone nice and friendly to move in and help keep the place homely and hospitable! I work as a surveyor in central London and generally like a relaxing evening after a hard day’s work! I do like to entertain friends at home and get involved in some keep fit when I am not out doing other things. I enjoy getting out and about to the cinema etc when I can. But whatever your likes whether an active person who is out most nights or someone who also enjoy a relaxing evening in, I'm sure it can be accommodated!

The flat is in a purpose built block and it is kept neat and tidy. There is more than enough land / communal garden around and is it is a delight when the sun is out. There is also a meadow nearby for barbeques. Parking is free on-street.

South Croydon station is just 7 minutes walk away, maybe less - depending on how fast you walk! London Bridge is 17 mins away on the fast train and so is London Victoria. There are two bus stops at the junction for East and Central Croydon if you fancy a spot of retail therapy. Bars and restaurants are also 10 mins walk away in Croydon’s recently zoned restaurant quarter.
