We are Three Sussex students doing masters next year, looking for one friendly new housemate to move in from the 28th of August (12 months tenancy) - possibility to move in earlier since we already live in the house
We would prefer 3rd year or master student
- The house is well located (easy bus access to the university)
- Very good condition and modern kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, electric hob, coffee machine, microwave, blender, BBQ,… you name it we have it!)
- cosy living-room and one bathroom (with bath tub)
- lovely/clean garden with garden table, etc…

N.B: the rooms are unfurnished but possibility to buy furnitures from previous tenants
Bills are not included
