The flat has all mod cons including large flat screen TV, freeview, broadband internet, dishwasher, telephone and it also has a lovely roof terrace that gets the sun all day. The flat is recently refurnished to a high standard with load of character. The room has a double bed (lots of storage underneath), 2 wardrobes, set of drawers. I am looking for easygoing, considerate and clean female and male who wants to live in a lovely home and make some new friends. I would like a sociable person who will be keen to join us for a few drinks but will also have their own life to lead. We have all met through the flat get along well and enjoy one or two glasses of wine together and going out to the great local bars and pub or just chilling at home.
