This is a very nice small size double room on the second floor of a three-floor house, locates at a very quite residential area. We share a big kitchen with cookers and washing machine on the ground floor. This room is for one Chinese student. the weekly rent is 75 pounds, all bills inclusive. (Please note: the carpet is dark blue colour, not red. this is an old picture from the room.)
Location is 3 minutes walk from Tottenham Hale Station (Victoria Line, Zone 3). 16 minutes to UCL. 18 minutes to Oxford Circus. If you want to view the room, please email or phone me
No smoker, No Pet. (I am helping my landlord to do this advert. I have full respect for all people and all cultures. Due to language difficulty, my landlord prefers Chinese students, because I can not be her interpreter at all time, I work 14 days a week!! I’m very sorry.).
