This house is prime location opp the big 24hr tescos, its just of the high street, 2 min walk to FCH. The room is MASSIVE with beautiful fixtures, it has a double bed in aswel. There is 3 other house mates that live here that are amazing 2 boys and 1 girl who are 2nd yr students but are very rarley here. (so its yours) It has a bbq in the backgarden the backgarden is flagged decked with table and chairs and is deffenitly a sun trap. The kitchen has an american fridge freezer and all pots and pans etc is all inc. 2 big bathrooms. The rent is 90p/w but all bills and internet are in with the rent. There is also a living room which is fitted the plazma. Reason for this house going up for rent now is that i have got a job in stratford-upon-avon and wishing to move there as its closer to my work. NOT LIKE A STUDENT HOUSE AT ALL
