There are 4 of us currently arranged to live in the 2 Willlows Place next year. Unfortunately a girl who signed to live with us has dropped out of uni and we are desperate to find someone to replace her!
About the house:
The rent is £260 a month (including water) and £50 quarterly bills (gas, electric) which is very reasonable. The house is very spacious with a big kitchen.
All the rooms are a good size with double beds. There are two bathrooms, one which has recently been done up with a decent shower and the other with a bathtub.
The entrance, stairs and corridors has recently had new carpet put down and the landlord has told us he’s making some improvements around the house over summer before we arrive. (He’s really kind and chilled out!)
The house is a few minutes walk from the city centre, train station, tesco express and uni campuses. You won’t need to get the bus anywhere. There are also two gyms nearby which the 4 of us all go to. There is also a small patio space outside which is perfect for having BBQs when there is decent weather.

About us:
I am studying Photojournalism at SMU. There are three others, all boys, who are studying Motorsport engineering at SMU. We've become good friends over the past year from living in halls/meeting through friends. The guys are a good laugh and really friendly (and surprisingly tidy!)
We will be second years when we move in however we would be welcoming to a first year and would make sure you wouldn't miss out during freshers.
You'd love to live with us if you are social and like to go out, study at Swansea Met (Dynevor/Mount pleasant campus). There are also loads of students in the area and you'd meet tons of new people as well as us.
One of the main reasons we decided to live together was because we live in flats with some pretty messy people and we really appreciate a clean living space. We’d appreciate someone who is willing to take turns with getting household items (stuff we all need like washing up liquid and loo roll) and doesn’t mind doing a bit of cleaning and hoover every now and again!
It would be preferred if the new tenant was a female but we will take whoever replies soonest and seems a good fit.
