Firstly, this is in a large house in the safest area of north London, Stamford Hill. Just down the road is the gorgeous and highly sought after area of Stoke Newington, then onto Dalston with Shoreditch just ten minutes from there on the bus. On the other side is Manor house and Finsbury Park. The location is AWESOME!
The house itself has a really decent sized garden, two kitchens, two showers, three toilets, washing machine, two ovens, kettles, toasters, microwave, and has........ ALL BILLS INCLUDED - including a TV license and 20mb Internet connection! I must also stress that when I say all bills included, I REALLY mean it...... The landlord comes over once a week to top up the house with toilet paper, kitchen towels, washing up liquid, washing sponges & Jaycloths, lightbulbs etc and all the other essentials- you may think these are unimportant but they really add up in price! There are also saucepans, frying pans, kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery etc which everyone shares too! Oh. And we have a cleaner who comes in to tidy up the communal areas a bit too!!!
Ok, now onto the room. It’s a decent-sized room on the basement level of the house with two small windows letting in light. We always give priority for those living downstairs to move upstairs, once a room becomes available if you wish. It comes fully furnished (including bed, table, chair, wardrobe etc) AND this is a house full of lovely and friendly people, so if you're friendly too you're be sure to fit in well :)
The price is very, very reasonable at just £105 a week with all of the above factors taken into account in addition to heating, 20mb internet, water, gas, TV license all included so you never ever have to worry about any hidden costs! TRULY ALL BILLS INCLUDED!

Manor House and Finsbury Park tube stations are just 5 minutes away on the bus. And busses to many areas of London are available from here, as Stamford Hill is a crossroads, so getting to Camden, Shoreditch, Hackney, Liverpool Street is SUPER easy and fast. The glorious Clissold Park in Stoke Newington (which even has deer, rabbits and sometimes turtles!) is also just down the road in Stoke Newington. Bars in Old Street and Brick Lane are just one bus ride away (20 min) and the busses run all night back here :)
There is a Sainsbury’s, ASDA and Morrisons supermarket just 3-4 minutes walk from the house, a Domino’s takeaway 3 min walk from the house, off-licences open till late and a whole range of great shops, restaurants and bars just down the road in Stoke Newington!
We all like to hang out in the house, have barbecues in the summer, the occasional house party or group meal, so it’s a perfect place to live with 9-10 other people, but also have your own space – we’re not party animals raving every night, just social people! Demand for the rooms in this house is high as this is basically THE BEST HOUSE ANYONE CAN LIVE IN, both for price and for atmosphere, so rooms often get taken very quickly. Come around to see why!
