Hi, I have a large double bedroom available in Temple Meads. The flat's location is very near to Temple Meads Train Station, just 6 minutes of walking! Also, walking to Cabot Circus isn't very far. It takes about 16minutes to reach there. This is a very nice and quiet area with a park just outside the building!
The flat is 4 minutes away from a gym and 10 minutes away to a Tesco Express. There are buses going in and out of the Station, so this area is quite convenient and integrated with many facilities that are easily accessible. There is also a wessex bus that goes to uwe in about 20 minutes from a bus station near here.
The room available is a large double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe with a standing mirror and plenty of space for storage. The room is spacious enough for a couple to fit a television and desk.
There's a patio outside the living room suitable for a barbecue during the summer!
We are mature, clean , quiet and responsible students studying for our degree. We are quite introvert, but do socialise!
Students are preferred. Couples would be charged at £480. Some bills are included.
