Hi, I am currently a second year student looking to fill 5 of the 7 rooms in my house for the 13/14 academic year. One of the rooms is already filled by one of my friends who's going on to do a Masters. The house is a seven bed house on Auckland Road East, a road coming off Palmerston Road. Its got a seperate kitchen, dining room and living room. 4 of the 5 available bedrooms are doubles, for 320 a month, including internet. The single is 280 a month. The house is available to live in over summer at 160 a month, bills included. We currently have Sky TV but the contract doesn't neccessarily have to be renewed. My landlord is friendly and helpful, always available to get hold of! Deposit is 160 pounds, refundable at the end of the year when the house is left in a decent state.
