All bedrooms are doubles with wardrobe, drawers, desk and double bed situated on ground (1 room), 1st (3 rooms) and 2nd (2 rooms) floors of the house. There are 2 shared bathrooms – one with bath and shower over, WC and hand basin, the 2nd floor shower room having shower, WC and hand basin.

Communal lounge has 3 sofas and TV with TV licence for the communal room included along with wi-fi internet and TV package. There is a paved private yard at the back, and a cellar.

Kitchen has a sink, washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob & electric oven, microwave oven plus 2 fridge-freezers. There is a table to eat at and ample work and cupboard space. Drying facilities (tumble dryer) available.

Rates: £75 per week for a calendar year from 1st July -30th June. This includes rent, water rates and usage, TV and internet package.
