We are looking for 5 or 6 students to make their home in our luxurious student house. You can be a large group or individuals looking for new housemates.
Each room has a private lock and is furnished with single beds (you may bring a double), matching beech wood furniture including an extra large wooden desk, double wardrobe, bed side table, leather gas chair, wooden flooring, book shelf, Glass sink and vanity unit, TV and wireless broadband.
There is a very large kitchen with an 8 hob range cooker, dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, double sink, x 2 fridge freezers and ample storage.
There is a conservatory complete with matching dining table and chairs and leather sofas. Additionally there is a 36" TV, stereo system complete with air-conditioning.
There is room for parking at the front and a rear garden which includes outdoor seating and BBQ - great for the summer weather after exams! The house is fully alarmed with an intercom system for added security.
The rooms are of different sizes and are therefore different prices. They two very large rooms are £85 a week. The two medium sized rooms are £75 a week. There is a slightly smaller room at £70 a week and a very small room at £55 a week. Alternatively, you can choose to rent out the £70 a week room and the £55 a week room together for £85 a week. This means that you could use one room just as a study. (This does not include bills. Gas, electricity, Internet and water are paid separately).
The house itself is a 20 min walk from main campus and a 10 min walk from selly oak campus and selly oak train station and so is in commuting distance to BCU. There are local shops close to the house and a lovely park which is ideal for running. There are also 3 close bus stops.
