My mane is Liam and I'm 25 and a first year student at Salford. I'm a gay male and looking for someone to move in to my apartment. My current flat mate is moving so therefore why I am looking.
The apartment firstly is located in Salford Quays which is located right next to the City Centre, also walking distance from Media City UK. Locally we have art galleries, cinemas, gyms, restaurants and a theatre among retail outlets. The apartment is located near a tram station as well a bus stops.
The apartment is Managed by WREN properties and therefore any issues or problem go to them rather than arguing things out this a landlord.
The room is a double room with an en-suite. Bed, small drawers and wardrobe is in the room. There is room for furniture if you have any.
The Kitchen and living area is of good size with a 3 seater and a 2 seater leather seating.
The rent is £287.50, electric and water is around £35 each for both a month and TV/BT is around £6 each. I have Sky in the Apartment and Broadband already set up and that around £13 each a month.

Ideally looking for a professional or student who is looking for somewhere permanent contract for at least a year, however with me being a student I am not looking to move again any time soon. I'm a pretty laid back and respect others so I'm not noisy or messy, looking for similar!
