Group of 3 guys and 1 girl looking to share with friendly students of either gender. We are all bubbly and approachable people who enjoy active social lives and so can accommodate people looking to have fun but also those who need a bit more quiet to do the boring bits of being a student.
The rooms will be available to move in from the 1st July however rent is either half price (£32.50pppw) over July and August OR you can choose to pay no rent in July and full rent in August.
There is a deposit of 4weeks rent, however this is fully refundable at the end of the year, if nothing is damaged.
The landlord is very approachable, trustworthy and efficient, maintaining the house to a very good standard, something lots of student landlords often don’t bother to do.
We are happy to welcome a couple to the house, however at the landlords request both rooms must be rented/paid for.
