Bright double bedroom in a 6 bed student house just off of Whiteladies Road with busses to UWE and UOB just a stones throw from the front door!

The room itself comes with a comfy double bed and desk as standard with the added convenience of a built in wardrobe to store all your clothes as well as a chest of drawers.

The main house comes with a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom you'd be using is shared with two other girls and is kept in pristine condition.

Bills for the house are paid quarterly. The internet and Water bills have been paid in full so the new tenant will not have to chip in for them. Gas and Electricity amount to approximately £20 a month.

This house is ideal for a student in their 2nd or 3rd year who is looking to live in a cosy house and will socialise with the others. This isn't a party house but everyone who lives here is a great laugh and loves going out at the weekend etc.
