I lived in Plymouth but im not attending University any more so there is 1 double room spare. The house is a 13 double bedroom on 16, Whitefield Terrace, Greenbank road (5 minute walk for Uni, 10 minute walk from city centre, 5 minute walk from Spar, Co-op and Tescos) The house is divided into two flats. The room available is upstairs in a 7 person flat with 6 other guys. 3 of which are in their second year and the other 3 in their first year. The flat below has 6 guys living in who will be moving out at the end of this year and 6 girls are moving in. The house has 4 parking spaces with only one being used so 3 available. Huge lounge (42" plasma TV and leather sofas), Fitted kitchen with washing machine/dryer, dish washer, fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob etc. 2 shower rooms, 2 cloakroom WCs, gas, central heating. Rent is all inclusive with water, electricity etc. The house is also brand new, we were the first to move in at the beginning of September as it was completely refurbished over the summer of 2010. Its also a massive house!! Really great to live in. There is Virgin broadband that has all been paid for already. Also a TV license.
