Hi, my name is Natasha. I am going to be a third year BA History student at the School of Oriental and African Studies next year. I am looking to rent out the master bedroom in this 2 bedroom flat. It is a big fully furnished room with a king size bed in it. The flat is located in Maida Vale, 2 minutes from the bakerloo line tube station and 6 different bus routes. It has a large kitchen with a small balcony, a living/dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so you would have an ensuite room. It shares a huge back garden with the rest of the flats and paddington recreation ground is less than 5 minutes away. Its fully furnished and has a microwave, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. I am looking for a fun, friendly, semi clean people. The room is perfect for a couple and I dont mind renting it out to a couple.
