Hi there, I am currently looking for a flatmate to rent a flat at either old street or whitechapel

Problem is that in this property we can only move in on the 19th of Oct but the agent is willing to set us up to stay in an another area temporary.
The other property is in whitechapel and it is going at 380 pounds a week. This property is guite luxurious. It is the one that the UBS trader was arrested recently was staying.
Viewings can be arranged for either properties
Do let me know if you are interested as soon as possible as I am planning to give up on searching for flatmates soon and move into a student hostel if necessary. Thank you
