The room is situated in Houndsgate which is between Market Square and Broadmarch, a brilliant location! It's 8 minutes walk to the NTU City campus, close to the city center and shops and there is a Sainsbury's and a Tesco's nearby. The room is very quiet as it's on the third floor and at the back of the building.

The room comes furnished, with double bed, all bills included and with Wifi. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with the other 3 housemates living on the third floor - a third year Economics student and a couple who are both in their second year.
