Hello, I have a beautiful house which is ready to be stayed in at August/September 2013.It is approx 7 minute walk from the house to university/city, however busses and trams are still available. It is close to shops and restaurants (5 minute walk). The house is beautiful inside and out and is on Gadd Street, with free parking and £90 a week including all bills, internet, insurance etc. The room has a huge double bed, chest of draws, wardrobe and huge desk, and has a 3D TV for you to watch in the living room with friends!.And is shared with 4 lovely girls who are all friendly and eager to meet you! I have paid the deposit so there will be no need to pay anything, just move in.
