It is within easy walking distance of NTU and transport links to the University of Nottingham. The bus and train station are less than 5 minutes walk away. Cleaves Hall is located just off Lister Gate so the popular high street stores are literally seconds away. Cleaves Hall is purpose-built student accommodation with 27 study bedrooms and 3 double bedrooms. A specially designed ground floor apartment is also available for students with mobility problems. There is a well equipped communal kitchen and dining area. A common room equipped with a large flat screen TV and leather sofas is also provided. Cleaves Hall also has an outside courtyard area. In addition to a resident warden, Cleaves Hall has full time caretaking and housekeeping staff. Rooms are cleaned weekly and an on-site maintenance service is provided. Rooms can be booked for a full academic year or for individual terms (priority is given to those booking for the full academic year). Weekly rent is FULLY inclusive of heating, lighting, bed linen, internet and weekly room servicing. A security bond of £200 is payable on booking and is refunded at the end of tenancy.
