Our mission and objective is quite simple: to be the best student landlord in Nottingham. This not only means we look to offer outstanding quality accommodation and furnishings but aim to combine this with the best service levels where our approach is to treat you as customers. We will only be satisfied if you are too!
All our properties have been renovated and decorated to the highest of standards offering a home-from home contemporary living experience including free internet, free Virgin Media TV package, flat screen TV’s in the lounge and each bedroom together with quality furniture throughout.
We are highly regarded as providers of superior student accommodation and work closely with Nottingham City Council and both universities via UNIPOL, meaning that we not only comply but exceed the most up to date safety regulations.
We have 16 houses offering 83 bed places based in some of THE BEST student locations for both Nottingham universities.
The high standard of our properties and customer service ensures that demand is always great, so much so that all properties for the year starting in August 2012 were fully let by 25th November 2011. Furthermore because we manage the properties ourselves means that there are no agency fees for you to pay! What we do
The main focus for Rowland Properties, who are Nottingham City Council, DASH, UNIPOL and EMLAS accredited, is to offer a quality, safe and clean environment for you to enjoy and live in. To support this objective over £1,000,000 has been spent on the refurbishment of the 16 houses available to deliver that concept. This initial investment is supported by continual yearly upgrades to ensure the houses are maintained to the same high standard as they were when you first moved in.
All Properties have the following as standard:

In addition, all properties have wooden floors in all the communal areas and quality carpets in all bedrooms. The lounges have either high quality leather or fabric sofas and as you would expect all bedrooms have a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. Oh and don't forget the 26" or 32" flat screen TV in your bedroom!
We currently have one 8 bedroom property, one 7 bedroom property, three 6 bedroom properties, Nine 5 bedroom properties, one 3 bedroom property and one 2 bedroom property.
Properties for Trent University are situated in a great location to the centre of Nottingham and ALL are within 5 minutes walk of Boots Library some only 2-3 minutes away! Properties for Nottingham University are ideally located in the epicentre of student living of Lenton!
