The property is located just off Alfreton Road NG7, with a 10 minute walk into university or town. You are also located next to local amenities and shops, including Asda. The flat is free until January, after which rent is £75 per week, not including bills. There is a cleaner who comes once a week to clean the communal areas. The property is clean throughout and well maintained, the other flat occupants are all friendly students in either their 2nd or 3rd years. Great property great location and a great deal.
