Hey!
I have a medium sized room to rent in a 3 bed flat. It is located about 10-15 mins walk from city centre/train station. I am a 26 year old girl (student) living with another couple. I can rent the room for 1 person for 280 per month or for a couple for 380. Bills included. The flat is always kept clean and tidy. It has spacious kitchen and living room. It is located near city centre and train station, about 15mins walk (NR3). There is a very well equipped grocery shop 30 seconds away. I will need one month deposit but can split it if you can not afford to pay all in one go.
