We have a fantastic house which is available now. Located in the 'Golden Triangle' halfway in between Uni and Town. The house was fully refurbished last summer. There is a Brand New flat screen TV installed in lounge (TV License included in rent along with wireless internet), all rooms are fully furnished have double bed. In the large bathroom there is a separate shower cubicle as well as a bath. New Sofas are now in and will are changing some of the carpets this year too. Outside there is a private garden with a bike rack to lock your bike securely to. Its also a great area to sit out and enjoy BBQ's .

The rent for the last remaining room is £60 with optional bills inclusive for an extra £8 per person per week. (you can decide which option you want to go for when you move in)
