Unfortunately, one of the double rooms does not have an external window, but I am happy to let to 6 people and leave that room as an additional communal room. Rent is £80/wk (346 per month) for the double rooms and £70/wk (300 per month) for the single room, including all bills including TV licence and broadband. Would suit students based at the Royal Derby Hospital which is a 30 minute walk away. Good bus services to town. House is modern, fully furnished, comfortable and warm, in a good area with plenty of parking. Also has a garden, plenty of storage space and a communal kitchen and living room.
