Description
A room here has unexpectedly come available due to the person originally taking it not being able to find a job to pay for it.
It is a large downstairs room with a double bed and a good desk for working. The street is quiet and there are several shops nearby for buying food etc. The Arboretum Park is a few minutes walk from the house and the town centre is less than 10 minutes. All of the bills are included in the monthly price.
From August there will be me (Jamie) living upstairs and two girls (Rachel & Sara) who will also be living upstairs.

My father owns the property in which i live so i manage the bills on his behalf and am on hand if any problems do crop up. I studied herbal medicine at Lincoln University and graduated in 2011.
