I have a large double room at the moment in a flat where funny students are living. ABOUT THE PLACE The location is East London; Leyton E10 and Post code is E10 6AP. From my place to Walthamstow Central Station (National Rail to Liverpool Street or Underground Victoria Line to London Central), it takes 5 minutes by BUS or 10 minutes by WALK 15 minutes by BUS to Leyton station for Central Line. There are many day/ night buses which can lift you to Hackney, Leyton station, Dalston, Oxford Circus, London Bridge, etc. 5 minutes walking distance to shopping area, Big Tesco, Iceland, 3 Chinese supermarkets and a Russian supermarket around. ABOUT THE FLAT. There are many needed furniture for people to share: a fridge, washing machine, and kitchenware. The flat has its back garden where we have barbecue together in the summer. ABOUT THE PRICE The price for 1 person is £ 420 every month The price of 2 people is £ 450 every month The rent is including Electronic, Gas, Water, Council Tax and Wireless/ Wired cable Internet with 10 MB. I need 1 month RENT and 1 month DEPOSIT. For DEPOSIT, You can give me a half of deposit to reserve your room. When you move in, you give the rent for DECEMBER. You will give me the rest of deposit and the rent for JANUARY. The tenancy agreement is valid for 4 months only, after 4 months, you do not to renew and live as long as you want.
