Fantastic Houseshare near University

Description
I am currently looking for 2 people for a houseshare at 146 Stockport Road which is only about 10 mins walk from the university and a 5min bus ride to the town centre but you can walk as well if you want. Its only 10mins walk from a big Asda as well so food shopping is nice and easy.
The only reason the work is being done is because the whole house is being done over. All the furniture is new, nearly all the kitchen equipment is new and everything is in really good condition. I have also put a big plasma TV in the living room for everyone to use. Most houseshares are 5 or 6 people and some can be up to 12 but this is different, it's only 3 people which I think is better in a lot of ways. it is easier to keep the house clean and much easier to get along with people but also, if we want the house to be a social place we can always invite people over.
The rent will be around £95per week but that includes all bills with no cap. So that's heating, electric, hot water, superfast wireless internet, TV license, and anything else.
