we are a couple, want someone considerate, sensible and clean & tidy person to share our flat with for long term possibly.we respect other's privacy but love to get socialise occasionally. the bedroom is fully furnished. its a double bedroom situated in leith walk (sloan street).the room has got a double bed, a big wardrobe, bedside drawers, shelves, chair table. the other facilities are- fully furnished kitchen you get your own personal space in kitchen as well. microwave, grinder, pots and pans,oven, gas hobbs, washing machine etc. gas central heating bus stop is in two min walk, all local amenities in a small walk. good bus links for everywhere.the buses which you can get are, 22, 14, 49, 16, 10, 7, 25, 12 and N22(airport) .princess street on 10-15 min walk. the rent is 320 per month including all bills(gas+electric, wifi, c/t), plus 200 is the deposit. if interested, please contact me. thanks nisha
