Description
We are looking for a property in Leicester for 1 month (from 23th November to 23nd December) within walking distance or on a good bus route to the Athena in the city centre.
The property must have 4 twin rooms (4 women and 4 men sharing) and preferably meet the following criteria:
• It’s of good standard, fully furnished and TV
• Central heating
• All utility bills are within the rent
• Kitchen is fitted with a minimum of standard equipment i.e. cooker, fridge, washing machine, toaster, microwave, kettle etc. and equipped with crockery, pans etc. and of sufficient quantity for the number of occupants
• At least 2 loos and 2 bathrooms
• Ideally bedding is provided
• Ideally off road parking
• Ideally internet/Wi-Fi
I realise this is all very specific, bit of a nightmare search but if you’re able to help that would be fab!
