Landlord looking for 2 female student tenants or professionals, must be non-smokers, to share a terraced house with other females. Accomodation provided, located centrally near universities within walking distance or by bus (located near to train station) and near to local market. Quiet location with permit holder parking, rooms are of suitable standard for students. Shared TV is provided in general room (must contribute towards licence if use is required). Internet connection is provided free of charge. Facilities for bike storage are provided within the passage at the back of the house. Students are responsible for cleanliness of facilities, and cleaning services can be provided for a fee. Fitted kitchen facilities are provided, incl. washer and dryer, cooker, fridge and freezer and cupboard storage is provided for food.

It should be noted that while the accomodation provides a shared house, it is also home to a charity organisation, although it does not intefere with living standards and is seperate from the rooms.
