I no longer need my room in this three room flat and now I'm looking for a replacement. It's a double bed room on the ground floor and is a shared flat with two other really cool, friendly guys who are easy to get on with (and I'm a girl). It's situated approximately 5 minutes away from De Montfort University Campus Center and about 10 min walk to the centre of town (not even that). All bills are included except electricity which is only an extra £10 a month. Internet is supplied. If you would like any more information don't hesitate to contact me. The room is £75 a week and £300 a month, the summer rent has already been paid so the first payment is to be made in October.
