The Room is part of a 6 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms one with a newly installed shower a cellar, kitchen, garden area etc. The house also has parking spaces outside and is just a 5 minutes walk from the Castle.
The room itself contains a double bed and is fully furnished with a desk, wardrobe, draws and desk chair etc. The deposit has already been paid by the previous tenant who has left university so is wishing to find somebody to take over the tenancy.
The house is accommodated by 4 postgraduate students (not including the tenant looking to rent) who are all very friendly and keep a tidy/organised manner to the house.
