The rooms are single rooms, top and bottom floor with large windows overlooking the front and back gardens. They come with beds. Rent is £467.50 a month + 1/8th of the bills (£30 cheaper than the rest of the house)

We're currently 4 guys 2 girls, of different race all moving into our second and third years. So either sex is welcome in the house, very easy going people who like to keep things clean and friendly.

House is one large kitchen, two bathrooms, eight bedrooms, conservatory overlooking a large garden (with full garden furniture and 15ft trampoline.) Kitchen has very good appliances (Tumble drier, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 fridges etc). Bathrooms are top quality recently refurbished with bath and showers.

The house is situated alongside the A3 between Roehampton Vale and Kingston Hill Campus with a large 24 hour ASDA a short 10 minute walk away, buses towards Kingston, Putney, Roehampton, New Malden and Surbiton are common from 2-5 minutes walk from the front door. The uni bus stop is also only a 5-10 minute walk away which'll take you to whatever campus you please for free.

Moving in date would be within the first half of September. Deposit is £675.
