We are a short walk away from city centre and Universities all shops on doorstep bank and busses to Uni every 5 mins and bus journey to Uni and city centre is max 3 mins and for good weather walking distance. On spring Days and summer a delight to walk past all the lovely cherry blossom trees. We are on the doorstep to Jesmond Vale Park. :) all students relax here in Spring and Summer upto Autumn. Wildlife and pets in the pets corner and peacocks too. Great for children and students. Lovely vibrant international community and coffee and Starbucks a walk away.
For Shopping there is Newcastle Town centre and Europe's largest shopping centre by car drive 10 mins away. The famous metro centre for some retail therapy. Great place for students.
We are fully booked year in advance so advise to book early with a deposit of 10 percent to secure room if possible or pay on arrival of booking date. Payment for 2 months in advance as minimum. We prefer whole to take payment for whole period of stay on arrival.
Though if this is more than 4 months we accept it on monthly basis thereafter.

Winter is warm with central heating on 24/7 and in cooler days in Spring and summer heating will be on if cold. We are a family home so always a warm house though in spring can be bit nippy though by summer heating is not on that much on warm days. Though for cooler days there is aur conditioning and windows always let in fresh air.
Beds are double memory foam with memory foam toppers and 1000 thread count Egyption cotton with real 100 percent wool quilt and pillows with protectors on and Duvet protectors and Duvet 1000 thread count in white.
