WOULD BE SUITABLE FOR A MATURE/POSTGRADUATE STUDENT!
Hallo,
We are currently three girls and two boys, all in our mid-twenties-to-thirties-ish, looking for a new human to join us in our lofty Hove palace, on the top floor of a beautiful old Victorian terraced town-house with high ceilings, big windows and a great view of the sea.
We're a bunch of music, film & culture loving kids. Well, big kids. One of us is still studying and the rest of us are nine-to-fivers.
Most Friday nights you can find us down the pub. We also enjoy a good game of scrabble and maybe a little bit of poker and a glass of wine/dram of whiskey/pint of ale/biggy San Miggy when we're in the mood. A couple of us play in bands and there are generally a few instruments strewn about the place. We also have a lovely record player/drinks cabinet and some other good objects.
We like to keep the place quite clean and tidy and sociable but quiet on weeknights.
The room is relatively small but cosy and warm. It has a double bed and potentially some shelves but is otherwise unfurnished. It's also got a big window and a door which leads out onto your very own balcony/fire-escape, which is a wonderful place to sit and admire some of Hove's finest gardens/drink a few brewskies and enjoy the sunshine.
The flat includes:
- Open plan kitchen/living room with toaster, microwave, large sink and drainer, dining table, gas hob cooker with extractor, kettle, freezer, fridge, comfy sofas, old record player, sea view.
- Main bathroom with a bath/shower, toilet and wash basin, another separate toilet and basic aaand another separate shower (which offers a powerful cleansing experience).
- Utility area with combi-washer/dryer (very handy)

- Big, cool staircase
