I'm moving out soon due to change in money issues (not the flat or people!) and so have a room available in a student flat very close to Glasgow Uni!
You’ll be sharing with three lovely undergraduate students – two girls and one guy.
Looking for someone laid-back, tidies up after themselves and up for chat. The flat isn’t OTT tidy, but is always clean.
Double bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and small living area. Shared garden at the back for the summer. Wireless internet/phone line installed.
Westend, less than 10min walk to Glasgow University and with Kelvinbridge underground just around the corner.
The flat is £337.50 a month, not including bills. It isn't expensive for a flat so close to the university (I've got other friends in the same area paying the same or even more!) One months deposit required by the landlord which is refundable at the end of the lease.
The room is available now and lease ends in August.
