The flat: We have a 4-bedroom flat 10 minutes' walking distance from Middlesex University's Hendon campus. The kitchen is very large and is big enough to cook, eat and hang out in (size 6. 10 x 4. 39m). We have a dining table and couches in a section of the kitchen where one can relax and chat in. The kitchen also has plenty of storage space, a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, stove, kettle, toaster, washer/dryer, etc.
We also have a storage cupboard in the hall for any extra shoes, jackets, equipment etc. you'd like to keep.
We're on the ground floor (there's a lift in the building if needed) and have private access to a beautiful communal garden. The flat is a part of a block and there are other Mdx students living in the building as well. There are also some shops (supermarket, newsagents, etc.) along the main road. The landlord is the owner of the whole building, so any additional furniture or maintenance is quickly responded to since he lives in a building opposite ours. The room: The room is a cosy single bedroom in a beautiful luxury flat, featuring individually programmable temperature control and wood flooring. The size of the bedroom is approximately 9'10 x 9'10 and is fully furnished with a bed and wardrobe, and it receives plenty of natural light through double-glazed windows.
The bathroom will be shared by 3 people in total (including you).
Your future flatmates: We are 2 students at Middlesex uni studying Popular Music (one's a first-year, and one's a second-year). We're friendly, respectful of other people's privacy, clean, and are from different countries.
One of us is a smoker (guilty), but you don't have to worry much about that since I never smoke in the communal areas where it would affect someone else. If you're a smoker, please be aware that you cannot smoke in your room (I know!) and will have to join me outside in the garden or downstairs - the garden and building entrances are only a few steps away.

COUPLES: Couples are not accepted unless you're students, and are okay with renting 2 rooms separately.
We have a one-year contract with an 8-month break clause that began in October, which means that if you wish to, you can move out in June. If not, you're welcome to stay for longer.
Rent is paid quarterly (once every 3 months), and bills amount to approximately 30-40 pounds a month (which is then shared among us, of course).
We also have high-speed unlimited broadband and a landline connection.
References: You'll have to show proof of your student status (CAS letter or the letter of acceptance from the uni that you received).
If you do not have a guarantor, please let me know and I'll see what we can work out with the landlord and agency.
