Everyone who has ever lived in this house has been happy and – I feel – left at the end of their tenancy feeling a little more satisfied and happy.

We once had two tenants fall in love (with each other), we had someone win a 2 figure sum on a scratch-card and even had someone who received very good news whilst they were in the house.

What can only add to your joy and inner peace is the fact that the bedrooms are of a beautiful size, the lounge is welcoming and warm and the kitchen – well the kitchen speaks for itself. Actually, please don’t misunderstand that bit – it’s not a hyper-technical kitchen that literally speaks, it was just a figure of speech

Please note that I am not good at regular estate agent descriptions (and here is a kitchen and here is a bathroom and here is a lounge and you will like this house because….) so genuinely, the best thing to do would be to come and have a look. If you like it and want to talk money and paperwork then we can go back to the office or - if you fancy - the pub.

Whilst you may have heard horror stories about letting agents, we are nice and not nasty like the one’s you’ll have heard about. Honest Guv. In fact, if you go then you will see that we are actually idiots. On second thoughts, maybe don’t…..
