Righty ho, the flat. It’s a 5 bed but we only ever let a max of 4 people live here which gives you a spare room. My thoughts on the spare room would be that you could build an enormous plastic shoot out of the window and put a small swimming pool in the yard. If you do in fact decide to do this, then please be careful on your approach to the slide – the flat has stripped wooden flooring throughout which doesn’t give amazing purchase if you are wearing socks. If you have bare feet, however then the world really is your oyster.

Please note that I am not good at regular estate agent descriptions (and here is a kitchen and here is a bathroom and here is a lounge and you will like this house because….) so genuinely, the best thing to do would be to come and have a look. If you like it and want to talk money and paperwork then we can go back to the office or - if you fancy - the pub.
