I am looking for a clean, responsible, reliable person to share my flat. I am offering a large double bedroom with built in wardrobe. We have internet, digital TV (Soon to be SKY). Flat has been recently redecorated by myself (I am a part time decorator, full time art student at Central Saint Martins). The room is furnished, however the extra two wardrobes and chairs will be removed unless flat sharer wants them. Bed can be a single or double (expensive foldout). Flat is within short walking distance of three tube stations and all local amenities such as supermarkets etc. Flat is in a quiet, safe and secure gated estate. There is also the lovely Ravenscourt Park on our doorstep. About me: I am 26 years old, easy going polite and well mannered. I generally keep myself to myself and want someone who is not too dominating a personality. I am very studious and hard working so I do not spend my days sitting in front of the television. I am looking to share with either a full time student or a professional person.
