We are a young, friendly and clean couple with 3 dogs and cat. We are looking to rent out our spare bedroom to responsible student. Prefer someone serious about uni work, not a party animal! We have three french bulldogs and a cat. The house is situated minutes for university and town centre. We have a nice garden with BBQ, separate kitchen, separate kitchen, lounge room and an extra drawing room. All white foods available for use.
