We are 4 students looking for a last housemate in our 5 bedroom house on Park Barn Drive, a double room is available and the rent includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, broadband internet, TV, etc.). The house is only 15- 20 mins walk from Surrey university, with a bus stop (for the 26, 17 and 3) right outside the house. The house is incredibly close to tesco's- about 5 mins walk max. There is also free parking behind the house.
