Double bedroom available in a cottage, 3 miles from Stafford University and 6 miles from town centre. 5 miles from Rugeley and 30 miles from Birmingham. Fully furnished will bills included. Room available short term from mid-May to August, when the house becomes available to rent. Rental cost will be £600/month for the house. May also be available to long term lodger.

This is not inclusive of bills. The payment of bills can be discussed on viewing, as we can either arrange for you to pay your own bills, or me to pay the bills, with a higher rental charge (about an additional £100 per person per month (£200 for house) for gas, electricity, wireless internet, water and TV license). Council tax will be paid by tenants. The cost of this is currently £100 or £75 for single tenant.
Will consider lower rent from a single person/couple who will only be using 1 of the double bedrooms, as this will mean I do not have to put my belongings into storage when I move.
