Hello, people! I'm a friendly student, looking for someone to share a flat in the Govanhill area, on Cathcart Road. It's a lovely, spacious flat, and is quite homely. I've already moved into one room, but the other is vacant. I'm a very clean and tidy girl, looking to share with someone similarly clean (you don't have to be totally tidy, just not a slob!) of any gender. I'd ideally like to find someone to share with that can become a friend in time... Not that I expect us to become best friends, but it would be nice to communicate more than grunting a hello as we pass eachother in the hallway!

The room (as far as I know) you would have is £330 a month, and gas and electric would be about £30 each for the month. If you're a student then you'd be exempt from council tax anyway. It's about 10-15 minutes from the city centre by bus, and there is an Asda 10 minutes walk away. There are also lots of shops around about the flat. It's a great location.
