I have a large double room in the west end of Glasgow. The flat is located on Argyle Street near the Kelvingrove Park and is:
*10 mins from the University of Glasgow
*10 mins from city centre on bus (or 20 mins walking)
*5 mins from Kelvingrove Museum
The room will be available from the end of November or the beginning of December until the end of July. The room is £340 per month and bills (including TV license, gas & electric and unlimited virgin internet).
The room itself is fantastic and comes with a double bed, large desk with chair, chest of drawers and copious amounts of wardrobe/cupboard space around the bed.
The flat is furnished (partly with my stuff and partly pre-furnished) and has:
*a bathroom with bath/shower combo, loo, sink and mirrored cupboard.
*a kitchen with gas hob/electric oven, fridge/freezer combo, washing machine, extractor fan, loads of cupboard space.
*a living room with huge storage cupboard, two big sofas, TV and stand with DVD/VHS player and free-view etc.
*and a ''cupboard under the stairs'' (without the stairs) for general cleaning stuff like hoover, mop & bucket etc.
About me: I'm a second year psychology student at the University of Glasgow and am pretty forward going. I like spending lots of time with friends and family, baking (and feeding various friends/flatmates the goodies) and just spending time chilling out. I'm very clean and tidy, but can live with some mess. I'm more likely to be sitting with friends and a bottle of wine than going out and partying until crazy o'clock but love a good night out.
I'm looking for a like minded student to live with me, someone who likes to socialise but respects other people's privacy and need to work. I would only be looking to live with a student, for council tax purposes, and preferably a girl but would be happy to consider a guy.
Feel free to contact me if you want any more information or would like to come and view. I'm pretty quick to reply to emails, but feel free to give me a text during 'office hours' (as I'm normally at uni) or a call later on.
Thanks,
Natassja :)
