The house is situated 2mins from Fratton Station, just off of Fratton Road just a few mins walk from the shops (ASDA, ICELAND etc.) The house itself is made up of 3 bedrooms, an open lounge, kitchen and utility area, small downstairs WC and up the stairs is a large bathroom on the right. Garden outside accessible through lounge and corridor next to stairs. Bedroom 1 is located downstairs upon first entering the house, it is a nice good sized box room 10ft x 10.5ft, and is furnished with modern single bed, a table and chair, a wardrobe and bedside drawer. Bedroom 2 and 3 are situated upstairs, Bedroom 2 shares resemblence to Bedroom 1, similar shape as a box with the same furnishings with an extra storage cupboard.
