There is a very large kitchen with two breakfast areas, a through-lounge with dining area to seat 8 persons and a siting area with large screen TV. There is also a garden with outdoor furniture and a large size trampoline. ideal for summer barbeques! Ample off-road parking to the front of the premises, but we prefer to ride bicycles. Bus stop across the road, Train station 10 minutes walk. Greenwich University 15 minutes by bus - Greenwich, Woolwich or Avery Hill Campuses. Large forest and parks 5 minutes walk. We are a Spanish/Jamaican couple with a teenage son. Mature student preffered (not necessarily by age).
