This house is a student house and has a student room available. The house is a very nice and very clean house and was recently renovated before the last tennants who only occupied the house for a year, last year (July 2011 - July 2012).
The house is shared by 4 friendly students and would love to have a 5th tennant living with them as they love meeting new people .

The rent per week doesnt include bills, which will be Water, Gas, Electricity, Internet and TV License. Would only need one TV License per house. There are two bathrooms to the house, as well as a large open plan kitchen and living area with settee's, table and chairs.
The house is situated 100 metres from Collegeiate Campus (Sheffield Hallam) and approx 15 - 20 minute walk to city campus (Sheffield Hallam). Its also around a 15-20 minute walk to The University Of Sheffield. Theres only a 15 minute walk into the town centre or there are buses available. Very close to shops/takeaways/pubs and supermarkets on Ecclesall Road, including Tesco.
The house is only a short walk away from everything whether it be shops, Univeristy, or the pub!
The room included a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair, tv point, internet access point and many plug sockets.
Fantastic house to be living in!
