The flat is a spacious maisonette with 4 bedrooms, large front room, 2 bathrooms (bath and shower). The room is a huge and is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk & chair and has two windows looking out over a pretty, green square.
We're easy going, friendly people - mature students studying Radio Production, Digital Media and Food service management. We're looking for another mature student to take the room.
Great location less than 5 minutes walk from Eastbourne station and the centre of town, and 15 minutes walk to the beach. We all study at Brighton uni - at Eastbourne, Hastings and Moulsecoombe campuses. As we're right next to the station, getting to Moulsecoomb (or Falmer) is really easy.
It's essential that you like children as we have a lovely 2 year old little boy.
We're reasonably tidy people, but we're not clean freaks. If you like your home to look like a show home and can't stand a bit of clutter then this is probably not the flat for you :)
But if you want to live with genuine, friendly people in a lovely flat with a welcoming and laid back atmosphere, and enjoy a chat about stuff (music, politics, whatever) then this could be the one for you.
The tenancy dates are flexible.
